It’s huge,
it’s awesome
‘way beyond the mind, my mind, to
under – stand,-
this man, the One who hung upon the cross,
stands glorious now; the Victim Conqueror
is now the whole world’s Victim Lamb-
See now his face,- to that same world of us,
looking out across a globe and globes
of his accusers-
see eyes that have forgiven
all
for all-
The Lamb
from God
to God
has taken from this earth
the sins of all this earth,
‘the sin of the
World’.
The whole earth has been denuded
of its Sin
by Him whom we denuded of
his Glory.
The Lord of Glory, hung by us,
has given our lost glory back to us.
