Im-Piety
has, as its opposite,
LOVE.
One act of
LOVE
and by such leap of life
we are
back
home again,
embraced, embracing One
whose heart has long-since
leapt that leap of
Life
to us:
that One Who is, for us, our first Embrace:
‘I do…’ says He, ‘I do ! – Do you?’
‘I do !’ say I, at last-
and now our rings of Covenant exchanged
are placed upon the fingers of our hearts.
Yes! Let the feast begin.
